Cancellation Policy
**Terms & Conditions for DJ George Dee services (Last Updated: 2025)** By using our booking system, you agree to these terms. 1. Definitions: "Client" = person/entity booking; "Services" = DJ performances/equipment; "Event" = booked occasion; "Booking" = confirmed reservation. 2. Booking Process: Submit request with date/time/location. Non-refundable deposit of a £100 is required to secure Booking. Full payment due 30 days pre-Event. Booking confirmed only via email/SMS. 3. Payments: Deposit non-refundable unless *we* cancel. Balance via Bank Transfer by due date. Taxes excluded unless stated. 4. Cancellation: Client cancels no refund. Rescheduling: 10% fee, subject to availability. We may cancel for emergencies (full refund/replacement offered). 5. Client Duties: Provide accurate event details; ensure venue permits/power access; notify changes affecting Services. 6. Intellectual Property: Music/mixes/promos remain ours; no unauthorized recording. 7. Liability: Not liable for delays from incorrect info, venue issues, or force majeure (weather/pandemics). Liability capped at amount paid. 8. Indemnification: You cover claims from your breach/misuse. 9. Force Majeure: Not liable for uncontrollable events. 10. Privacy: We do not share your data with other parties. 11. Changes: Terms updated anytime; continued use = acceptance. 12. Governing Law: Common Law. 13.
